the staff greeted me with smiles and fast service from the moment i arrived until my departure the resort's size felt just right not too overwhelming i found the rooms had a lovely holiday vibe decorated with light colors breakfast was a treat with plenty of tables available the pool area was cleaned each morning it had a location right on the beach

the gym didn't have enough equipment i wanted more options

the breakfast location was fabulous the selection available was generous it offered great variety the time available was convenient for all guests the breakfast experience was nice.

the pool was very clean, i liked that. the breakfast buffet had a good choice of food with lots of fresh fruits available. smoothies were also a good option.

the room smelled very strongly of mustiness. after changing rooms and the hotel staff spraying chemicals, it was much better in the second room. when the candle went out and the chemicals stopped working, the smell of slime was unbearable again. it was much smaller than in the first room though.

My stay had some drawbacks. the room smelled strongly of mustiness , and staff sprayed chemicals to mask it , but the smell returned when the candle went out. one receptionist was unhelpful when i needed a taxi due to a leg injury . She refused to book it unless i came to the reception. i found her attitude quite unprofessional , as sending an electric car to my room would have solved the issue.

the staff were very attentive. they ensured i had everything i needed. the breakfast buffet was ample. it included both western and asian options. i found the pool bar quite convenient. it offered a wide selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day.

the gym equipment seemed a little dated. some machines showed signs of wear.
